WHOOP Lens is an independent integration. It is not affiliated with WHOOP. WHOOP does not make, operate, or endorse it.

The private MCP server is https://whooplens.tech/mcp and runs on Cloudflare. Its authorization server is https://auth.whooplens.tech and its scope is mcp:read. You sign in with a Cloudflare Access email one-time PIN and need an active membership granted by the owner. A WHOOP connection is stored only after you authorize it through WHOOP. WHOOP Lens reads data you permit so ChatGPT and Codex can answer your questions.

A new WHOOP connection needs an open seat. The owner sets the number of seats, never more than 10 including the owner's, and grants seats only after a seat request. If all seats are in use and you do not already have a connection, the new connection does not complete.

Read-only WHOOP access

WHOOP access is read-only. The connection can read your profile, body measurements, recovery, sleep, workouts, and cycles. It does not request write access, and it does not change, add, or delete anything in your WHOOP account.

Revoking access

You can revoke this integration in your WHOOP account settings. Revoking it stops future WHOOP reads through WHOOP Lens.

Answers already received

ChatGPT may keep answers it already received. Revoking WHOOP access does not delete those answers. They remain under your ChatGPT settings. The same is true of answers Codex already received.
